Did I eat too much today ?
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Green Tea
Lunch
1 and ½ burgers (patty, bun, pickles, ketchup)
2 bottles of water
Snack
Banana
Dinner
Salad
Green tea
Dessert
2 baked sweet potatoes
A tiny bit of ice cream
Another question:
Yesterday I worked out really hard and today my muscles are aching like hell! My weight has also increased by 2lbs, is that normal when your muscles?
Did I eat too much for my diet?
