***DID I EAT TOO MUCH TODAY, FEELS LIKE I DID?

Okayy soo I am 15-years old, girl, here is what I ate all day;

-Bowl of Fibre One cereal honey clusters flavour without milk, just by itselff
-Bowl of Mini wheats cinnamon flavored without milk
-Multiple handfuls of Mini wheats cereal throughout the day

-1 Dad's brand chocolate chip cookie (65 calories, its a pretty small cookie)
-Half a mug of coffee with milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar
-1 table spoon of peanut butter with some mini wheats dipped in it (sooo good)

I keep going in and out of the cupboard having a few of those mini wheats cereal now and then, sometimes I take a handful and put them in a bowl, other times I take like 5 out of the box....

So thats what I have been eating all day? Did I eat too much, or can I eat more?
 
well It depends on how much exercize you got........thats a lot of sugar ....
I think you shouldn't eat anymore unless it's fruits or vegietables.

wow! that is amazing but as long as you are getting the 2000 good calories a day, you are doing fine.
i dont think that cereal will fill you up so try another food in the pasta group
