DID I EAT TOO MUCH TODAY?! advice?!?

im a 16 yr old girl. 122 lbs. 5'4''. i run cross country so i excercise, ive already lost 10 lbs, and i want to lose another 10 lbs healthily.
today i had a banana and 100 calories of yogurt at 9 am
at 1 pm i had 130 calories of fat free greek yogurt, and a bowl of shredded bran and whole wheat cereal (with 0% milk, and no sugar or anything)
around 2 i had say a cup or so of cantalope
at 4 i had an orange.
at 5 i had a salad (spinache, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, baby carrots, turkey, i tblspoon of vinegarette.)
then around 8 i had an apple with 2 tblspoons of all natural peanut butter.

how was my eating today? too much?!?
any advice to lose weight??
dieting tips?!

i think you are eating good. Although it'd be nice to add some protein like some peanuts or beef/chicken. It seems like you should be loosing weight from how your eating right now. if you spend time in front of your computer or watching tv then you should try to hang out instead. kudos for being healthy
 
No, well atleast not in my book.

My mom never buys healthy food and I have stomach problems, I ate like 50 salami sandwiches the other day and developed a clusterfuck in my bowels.

Your actually lucky your parents don't refuse to buy you healthy foods >:c
