DID I EAT TOO MUCH? PLEASE HELP :(?

breakfast- bowl of shreddies and a handful of cheerios on top, with semi-skimmed milk, 1 banana

am snacks - sugar-free fruit bar, mini carrot, grapes

lunch - 1 piece of granary whole meal bread with lean ham, spaghetti with LEAN beef and LIGHT bolognese sauce

pm snacks - muller light FAT free vanilla flavour (100 calories per pot) yoghurt, 1 sweetcorn cub

dinner - 2 pieces of wholemeal granary bread with salmon that was in lemon juice.


did I EAT TOO much?
please help :(

No, no sweetheart. You're just a growing boy and until you reach about 14-16 you're going to have a really big appetite. But no worries because It's perfectly natural. Just try not to eat allot of junk food or you'll regret it in your later years. Hope I helped =D
 
Clearly not enough for a growing kid. What kind of 12yo boy keeps track of how many CALORIES are in his fat free yoghurt?!

You need help. You might be healthy or fat or skinny on the outside, but your mind's not in the right place for a 12yo.
 
idk if your over weight or skinny, but Lil dude your actually eating less for your age, you are growing and need all the nutrients to grow.

and im not fat or anything either.
So no, I dont think you ate too much.
