Did I Eat too much or what ?

I have some...issues with my eating habits. They used to be kind of bad, I didnt eat much and I got very skinny for a while. I was about 88 pounds at my worst. Anyways I've started to get better and I gained some wait;first I got to 93, then 95, then 97, now I'm aboutm 99-100 pounds. Btw I'm 15 and 5'1. But I do squats for my legs to build some muscle in them. I knew I was going to have a party for my ASB class so I tried to eat well before hand- but I feel kind of anxious about what I ate. You tell me.
First I did 4 sets of 10 weighted squats and had half a scoop of whey protein powder with water.

Breakfast: 2 Hard-boiled egg whites (no yolk)
1/4 cup of lowfat cottage cheese
about 4 sliced strawberries
water
Snack: apple dippers w/o the caramel.
& baby carrots and some celery with anout 1/2 tbs of light bleu cheeese dressing

Lunch (this was the party meal- I intended to eat somehwt good but I kinda got off track)
approx
1/4 cup of what looked like homemade refried beans (they had like NO flavor btw so Im hoping that means they werent too high in fat but idk how they were prepared)

!/4 cup man n cheese homemade (nat as but also a little lagging in flavor)

1/4 yellow rice homemade (this one Had like a moistness to it- my guess is either cheese or butter, but idk. The rice was good)
1 tiny pieace of corn bread homemade- about 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches
some sald (dry)

1 barbeque chicken leg thing (it was very tiny)

1 oatmeal raisen cookie (costco)

1 12 oz can of Hawaiin Punch (Wish I wouldve brought my own drink)

A slice of white cake from costco with butter cream icing in the middle.

Dinner: some grilled Tilapia rom wincos
stteamed green beans
like two bites of tuna helper
hot green tea with some sugar

after I got like 4/5 cup of light vanilla soy millk with 2 tbs ovaltine

Then I went to walmart. When I got home at about 830 I got
1 no sugar added 45 calorie fudge bar,
1/4 cup of lowfat cottage cheese,
nd 6 simply naked pita chips from costco.
