did i eat so bad today? or did i burn most of it off?

i am 18, weigh 121, and am about 5'7". i usually eat between 800-1000 calories a day. and i exercise like walking and running at the gym.

but today my dad bought me a scrambled egg,beacon, ketchup sandwich and a 400 calorie chocolate milk. i felt bad so i ate it all.

then i went to the gym and burned 500 calories and didnt eat anything else for the rest of the day until i had dinner. we have family over right now so my family made hamburgers and such. so i had a cheeseburger with ketchup and salad. and i also had about 2 cups of grapes today.

am i going to gain weight at all? did i ruin my diet. i usually eat lettuce and salad and have a light dinner and oatmeal for breakfast.

No u won't ruin it probably u didnt gain or lose weight n maybe just satyed the same.... Ur not fat

Nope but you're definitely slowing down your metabolism by eating so little each day. A girl your height needs to eat more. Your body will have less energy, and eventually you'll start gaining weight. My advice to you: start eating 1200-1500 calories a day, and if you exercise, eat more to compensate. For example say you want to eat 1300 calories a day and you burned 500 calories at the gym. You would have to eat 1800 calories that day since you burned 500 of them (and 1800-500 =1300). So eat more unless you want to slow down your metabolism and gain weight.

You can't eat 800-1000 calories each day without exercise. And you're going to the gym everyday!!
Honestly, I doubt you'll gain weight. Your body will be shocked by the food and you might get ill, take a dump and end up losing some weight.
But seriously, you need to eat.
