heres what i ate

4 mini muffins they come in a breakfast pack

gronala bar


chicken cesar wrap

and diet coke/water to drink is this good this involves
breakfast, lunch, dinner
 
THis is not healthy. Diet coke is not good for you. Also, chicken ceasar wrap has a lot of mayonaise most likely. You should add some protein and fruits/veggies
