19 string beans.
1 grilled chicken breast (there was salt pepper and garlic powder)
Mashed potatoes, but it was made from potatoes that were potatoes.

she cut up the purple potatoes in to peices
cut them up, put em in a bowl, mashed em down and added a litter butter them.
how did i do?
also if you had to guess like for a test or something could you tell me how many calories that was?
im 221 trying to get down to 178
