Cinnamon Bagelful-200 calories, says good source of calcium
Lunch
Vanilla Dannon Light and Fit Yogurt-80 calories
Curly Fries-idk how many calories maybe 200/300 max
Snacks-Goldfish Crackers-maybe 300 calories max
Oh and I ran about a mile today and I might do some circuit training later (45 mins). So did I eat ok, should I cut back on anything etc?

Here are some tips:
-You need to eat more fruit.
-You need to cut back on the fried food.
-You should eat more protein. (for breakfast, try a piece of wheat toast with peanut butter.)
-Your excercise is good.
-An example for a good lunch is yogurt, fruit, and a light snack which could be some goldfish, pretzels, or a 100-calorie package.

lots of junk food.
you should eat more fruits and beggies and drink more water!

Nope, your fine.
If its anyone slacking off on there diet its me.
I`m eating some dark chocolate right now while writting this.
I got so mad at keep thinking about it I just decided to eat it now and get rid of it.
Dont worry about it and just go back on track the next day and forget about it, and if your pretty worried about it just do some extra exserice later.( I will be XD)
Hope this helped.
Good luck on your diet.
Have a good day.

EAT HEALTHY

ok if you want to lose weight all you have to do is eat less than about 1500 calories a day...[sense your a girl] and you can eat watever you want just hit below that...but of course that's not healthy...but im just telling you how u lose weight....if you want lose weight in a healthy weigh eat a healthy balance diet under 1500 calories

You didn't eat enough, so you will lose weight. Curly fries are terrible for you. Goldfish crackers are not that nutritious either. Eat whole grain foods and milk and fish and more protein along with veggies and fruit to fuel your workout.
