Did I eat bad today??

So usually I work out four times a day,today I only got to do 1 time because I was busy today. Anyways what I ate

Morning (11:??a.m.) 3/4 of a blue berry bagel

Lunch (3:34p.m.) Green noodles with carrots,broccoli and corn (1 plate)

Between those Times: 1 hour of "Palates for Abs" and "Buff in a Bikini"

Dinner (8:30p.m.) Same (1 plate)

Usually I work out right when I get up, at 12:00p.m, at 4:00p.m. and 8:00p.m.

Why you ask? I'm 12 5"1 and weigh 108lbs. My goal is to loose my love handles and try to get up to 99lbs the least and 103lbs the most.

well, first off, your BMI is in the normal range so you don't need to lose that much. if you ever get to 99, you will be VERY close to underweight. having said that... you are very committed to working out and eating healthy and you are doing well. don't over do it though. over exercise can actually be bad on your joints, especially your hips and knees - fixing that is not easy and it will be bad when you get older. keep going but be careful.

its not that you ate "bad" per say but you dont have much variety. try getting in different fruits, and different veggies instead of the same thing twice
