Did I cook this long enough?

I have pieces of chicken that have been marinating in honey mustard dressing mixed with honey I took them out of the marinade. They are about 2 inch pieces and wrapped w/maple bacon. Some with a whole piece of bacon and some w/half a piece of bacon.They are on a baking sheet. I set the oven for 350 and I set the time for 60 minutes

make sure the chicken is 165' with a thermometer, then it is done.
