did he just want me for sex?

so i met this guy when i was at a party down the coast, he was really sweet.
when i was cold he lent me his jumper, always hugged me and rubbed me to make sure i was warm. We literally spent the first night together just laying together on the beach. the next day he had to go out for a bit but when he came back he took me to a party on the beach with his mates.
Now to explain we are both 17, but we were drinking a bit, i had like 3 or 4 shots mb more but not much. he only had two beers. anyway towards the end of the night he asked for my phone number cos we dont live near eachother, and i gave it to him. Anyway long story short we had sex, and he wasa really sweet the next morning.

But went i got back home (( different states)) i waited for a text but nothing has came, until yesterday when he sent me a text asking if i was coming down for easter, and i quote "i miss you babe"

so i just want to know as i do like him heaps, but i think he might just want me for sex?
please give honest opinion im so confused
 
Yes he did want you for sex but if it was for a one night stand he wouldn't have wanted to keep in contact anymore but as he said he misses you and was nice the next day you should assume he is interested in having a relationship with you. Always let your family and friends where your going particularly if your traveling interstate
