Did crime exist in Native American civilizations within tribes themselves? Did it exist in any ancient society where money did not exist as it does today? How much crime existed compared to today? If not as much existed as there is in modern civilization, do you think that money has anything to do with this?

Interesting question. Native American tribes experienced theft, rape, murder, assault, battery, what would now be called libel, etc., but I don't have any statistics that you need.

Good luck.

Of course there was. There hasn't been a society in our world that didn't have to deal with crime at one time or another.

Drugs cause most of the crimes. Before money there were always trading goods. Some indians used to keep the women from the other tribes, rape them, then eat the babies as a tasty snack.. They were sick sick monkeys, and textbooks try to portray them as otherwise.
