...languished on Bush's desk for 6 mos.? Just curious why he is upset now after failing to shove a cattle prod up Bush's @ss to get him moving for 6 months?

Please provide a link showing that Bush's top General asked for more troops.. anywhere, at anytime.. and Bush did not respond.
