Did Bella bleed when she had sex with Edward?

According to the book she was a virgin before. So most girl bleed their first time. How did Edward control himself, and when she is giving birth too she is suppose to bleed. Also what about her period?I was just wondering and it came to my mind
 
Wow, this question is mildly revolting.It is fictional, does it really matter THAT much?It wouldn't be much of a love story if Edward DIDN'T have the ability to control himself now would it?
 
No; typically books like that don't focus on things like that.And yeah, that's a tad bit disgusting, considering the fact that this is a fictional story.
 
isn't it funny how all those things are to do with a vagina and they just popped into your head?1) It doesn't say in the book. Funny how Steph thought the teens who read twilight weren't old enough for a sex scene but yet she still puts in the disturbing birth scene ...2) Edward is supposed to have ultra control because he 'shies away from anything that could hurt Bella'.3) read the book, seriously, it has a description vivid enough to make people afraid to have sex.4) her period is 'dead blood' according to stephenie so edward doesnt like it.
 
Meyer has said that it is somewhat uncomfortable for Edward, but it is "dead blood" not "live blood", and not as appealing. Edward would never say anything about it, being a gentleman -- and Bella would have been far too embarrassed to ask. As far as her wedding night -- Edward had been exposed to her blood before, so he had that aspect under control. Plus, many girls don't bleed much -- maybe only a few drops, if at all. But it sounds like things got pretty out of hand, anyway, given the number of feathers floating around the next morning!
 
She was having sexytime with this MONSTER (Edward's words, not mine)...how could she NOT bleed? :PDuring birth he was probably a bit too busy for that crap and her period while human was probably just...resisted somehow.EDIT LOL: DEAD BLOOD? I think Stephanie Meyer leaves a lot of it for you to imagine...so maybe she did bleed, but the author left that part out because...well, it is sorta gross.
 
Loli dont think she felt like including it, Because it would make her readers not want to read it anymore. but yea, I think he'd Probably go insane, and be licking her, insanely. (gross) but i think thats why she didnt add that, more or less because of how know it is, and teh ages of the kids reading that book.
 
Yeah that's a plot hole. And a tampon does not break the hymen, they don't go as deep as the penis (not to be gross or anything).When Bella had sex with Edward the first few times as a human it should have been extremely painful.
 
It says on her website it doesn't bother him when she has her period because its dead blood, when she was having the baby he was focused on saving her, and not all girls bleed the first time, but he probably wasn't focusing on it. He said in the third book that he learned to ignore or resist the scent of her blood.
 
I thought only girls read the Twilight series. It's about teenage romance! Who cares about that other than teenage girls finding their place in the world?
 
most girls bleed? where on earth did you hear this?lol. what do they teach in schools these days.i have wondered about periods myself though. i mean, when you get a big group of girls together they're periods start to fall into snyc, so afgter a while there would be three or four hundred girls around him all bleeding at once.
 
Who cares, there are many books that leaves things in blank. In underworld he is human and she never wants to bite him or anything. What the hell? at least edward wants to bite her. in Hp, they don't explain how wizards sometimes need to say a spell for diffense and sometimes they just move their wands without saying a spell and magic comes out. Also in the 1st book harry make a glass disapear without a wand. Remember this are just booka nd since they are fantasy, it doesn't matter why.
