Did anyone else get this joke on Futurama?

Leela says "Alright, here's the plan: Zoidberg, pick up the pieces; everyone else, take five." in episode "Roswell that Ends Well".
I don't think any of the first 5 people to answer got the joke/reference. The key points are "pick up the pieces" and "take five".

Zoidberg is doing all of the work and everyone else is doing nothing. He is picking up Benders pieces that were thrown around.

'Pick Up the Pieces' and 'Take Five' are both jazz standards. Take Five is by Dave Brubeck... I don't know who does Pick Up the Pieces but it's commonly heard over the phone when you're waiting for a customer service agent to take your call.
