by another ex-Gitmo detainee? Change anybody's mind on what to do with them? Mirandize them in Afghanistan or shoot them in the head?

Then explain why Al Queda grew stronger during the Clinton years.
 
Yes, he was released by our Bush administration before the decision to close GITMO and hold the terrorists found guilty HERE in our federal prisons. We executed terrorist Timothy McVeigh at Terre Haute, Indiana. Why not do the same with those found guilty?
