Did any of the 99-03 Ford Windstars come factory equipped with a Multi-Disc changer?

I just bought a 99 Ford Windstar, and it only has a cassette deck, but it has a CD source button, and also the 1 and 2 preset buttons double as CD change buttons. I have looked the van over, and there isn't a dics changer anywhere. but under both front seats there are two wiring harnesses just laying there. Anyone know anything?
 
Well my mother drives an '01 Windstar SE and it came with a single disk CD changer. I have a '97 F-150 and it had the same wiring harness under the seat, and it had a 6 disk CD changer under the seat, (until I took it out to install a new system and found the harness)
