...publication of the KJV Bible? If yes, can you please provide citations to support a common (or at least "not rare") belief in the Noah Flood being GLOBAL rather than regional?

I didn't ask whether you personally believe in a global flood.
I didn't ask whether there is a strong case to be made in the scriptures for a global or local flood.
I asked a simple question about what Christians believed before the KJV became ubiquitous. IS THE QUESTION SO HARD TO UNDERSTAND?
(What is it about us as Christians that we seem to have zero reading comprehension skills???)
