Diarrhea and little brown grape-lookin' things in stool

So... my two symptoms are that I have had very loose stool for the past 3 or 4 days, and today I found some little things that look like eggs or something... but they are about half the size of a grape, and brown. my first guess is some kinda worm, but it seems that most worm eggs are microscopic. i only found a few of these things, too, whereas worms lay a whole bunch. the eggs(?) have a definite structure to them - i smushed one open and it's mostly hollow, with what seems to be a type of lining on the inside. not very strong, but it did not feel like mere stool.

anyone have any idea? there's no other symptoms, except arguably a little bit of fatigue.
 
i have found these "grape" things in my stool today as well, and now im going nuts wondering what it is and this is the only thread i have found with anything of this sort, i was wondering if you have found any information on this at all. please message me back as soon as possible. and thank you
