I have been suffering from a bad back for a nuraber of weeks now, and was hoping for some advice. My symptoms are as follows:
If she puts direct downward pressure on my lurabar vertabrae, with me lying face down - just above bottom - the pain is very severe / more severe when she releases the downward pressure. It doesn't really hurt when she pushes down, put it REALLY hurts when she releases the pressure.
The pain is also not that pronouced during the day.
Any thoughts as to what this could be would be much appreciated.
Many thanks.
- Severe Pain in Lower Back at night, in bed, which is especially pronounced when I move / roll over.
- This is leading to poor sleep pattern - as the pain wakes me up.
- My partner has just been massaging my back, and we have managed to identify what causes the severe pain.
