Dessert Buffet Ideas for kids Birthday party?

Hi,
I'm having a party daughters birthday Minnie Mouse and I want to make a little dessert buffet so far I have cookie's, rice krispies both in mickey and minnie shape's chocolate lollipops with minnie molds, marshmallows covered in sprinkles and I want some more ideas please help anything will be very appreciated. Thanks
