Hi! we are going camping soon ( and we live in australia ) and I need some suggestions as to what will be easy to cook but still yummy to eat. Any help/recipes would be greatly appreciated.

I usually pre boil sausages before I go then I cut up peppers and onions put them on tin foil lay in 2 - 3 slices of butter then put the sausages on top and rap them up then put them on the hot coals in the fire till its hot then I enjoy
