Strong Mustard Gas

Hello, I’m trying to make a lifestyle change and live healthy. I’m currently morbidly obese (400pounds at 6’4” and 23 years old) and in my opinion I need to make a big change if I want to continue living. So far I have been riding the stationary bike for the past 3 days for 30 minutes a day at medium level. I want to start eating healthy, but am not sure how to go about doing that. I’ve cut out all fast food and sweets. I drink diet coke and water (mostly diet coke though). But I need help with ideas, tips, and suggestions on what I should eat. Am I going about this correctly? Do you have any good recipes for healthy eating? So far I made baked seasoned chicken breast with jasmine rice and cream of mushroom on top for dinner. What can I do about breakfast on the weekends? Before, I use to fry up some eggs along with a couple pieces of bacon and have toast on the side, what can I do to replace that and still make it enjoyable? What about lunches when I go to work? For the past couple days I’ve brought 2 nutri-grain bars, a small baggy of popcorn, two pears, and some wheat pita and hummus (store bought and tastes horrible). I snack on all that during the entire 10 hours I’m at work but am still hungry when I get home. Any suggestions for lunch and snacks? Is it good to eat a snack between meals as long as I keep the main meal portions small? I am a college student and funds are a little tight, but I can juggle things around to afford a little more on groceries if needed.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
