Desperate for answers

Hi everyone. I have tried many of the other boards here with limited success, so I figure I'll post here in hopes that someone can relate and give me some insight into what this could be. I have seen a number of doctors with almost zero success. I'll list my symptoms and the tests I've had run. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Symptoms:

General Malaise
Weakness
Fatigue
Cold Intolerance
Stomach Cramps
Lightheaded
Rapid Breathing
Heart Palpitations
Stiff Neck/Shoulder Pain
Alcohol Intolerance
Caffeine Intolerance

Tests:

EKG
Tilt Table
Chest XRAY
MRI Brain & Thoracic
Abdominal CT
Endoscopy
Colonoscopy
Blood Tests(Lyme,Thyroid,CBC, Vitamin Panel etc)

I'm a 29 year old male in decent shape. 5'10" 180 lb.

The only things found so far are a Vitamin D deficiency and H Pylori. I have been sick like this since college(2001). It has really gotten bad the last year.

I forgot to add Hot flashes, night sweats. Although I believe these two to be attributed to Lexapro which I was put on to control the anxiety of dealing with this. I also have been tested for diabetitis. I think that covers it.
