So i want to design a house plan.I have sketchup 8 but i don't know how to use it to make a plan.Is there any sites i can get some easy good tutorials or advise?I initially wanted to draw it by hand but since I'm not an architect (almost have 0 knowledge) and don't really know how to design doors,windows e.t.c i know that i'll make some huge mistakes.So i prefer to use a program.The house will have two floors with 2 apartments on each floor.With just a living room,a toilet,a kitchen and 3 bedrooms on each (that make 4 apartments with their own bathrooms,rooms e.t.c in one house).How can i design the elevation (most difficult for me) ,floor plan e.t.c and what do i need to know before starting the design.Also where should the rooms face (north,east..).And any other info will be helpfull!But the main point is how can i design it .(don't forget that
