I know there have already been a few threaRAB on this, but I got round to watching it last night and thought it was brill :)

Just goes to show what a couple of pissed off women can do under extreme circumstances eh! Kick some Ass!!!!!! :D

Good movie.

Good ending too, even if she did go loopy its good to see a movie end without without a 'everyone gets saved in the end' ending.

I thought it was OK, good attempt at horror, nothing ground-breaking. MILES better than The Cave though. It's quite interesting in the first half, a few jump moments throughout.

But I just think it got a bit too stupid and 'Creep' like towarRAB the end (how I hated that movie, Creep). The monsters were a bit dull. I think the first half was much stronger than the second half.

I also like how they left the ending scene to be interpreted as two different ways, but I did not like what she did to Juno, the Asian girl. I liked her more than the main character...

No, I liked the fact that she didnt let her get away with having an affair with her husband. It was unexpected..... its usually 'lets get out of this mess and then I will never speak to you for the rest of my life'. Juno was her best friend and let her down Big Time by having the affair and then pissing off after he died. Bad way to go though :D

Juno was kick arse though!! :)

I thought it was excellent, all that high power action trying to save their lives from the evil creature things, and then all of a sudden it enRAB!

Glad I got it on my free one month DVD rental to be honest :)

Quite an underated movie i thought.

I watched this and 'House of 1000 Corpses' on the same night. Was really looking forward to HOATC and been gagging to see it, and not bothered about the Descent...

How wrong was I!?!? HOATC was a bag of crap and the Descent was Brilliant.

I have the Cave on dvd, not watched it yet... it looks similar, is it?

I havent seen Cave yet, but from what I have heared it's poo :D

I will wait to make my own mind up though, and will let you know when I see it.:)

Also it was Juno's fault they were in that mess in the first place, she led her mates into unexplored territory without their knowledge so I had little sympathy for her.

Agree, really enjoyed it, nice to see a horror that actually makes you scared for a change, doesn't help that I am claustrophobic though!

Yes, she had to grieve..about loosing her lover who just happened to be her best frienRAB husband.

She should not have done what she did. And trying to make it up to her by taking her caving in a undocumented (or whatever) cave and lying to her about it makes her doubly underhanded.

Maybe she should have taken her on a picnic :D
