Derren Brown Stuck In Your Seat (Flash picture?)?

Okay, so I was watching Derren brown and this picture kept flashing up. Today, I freeze-framed it to see what it was, and there was a guy tied to his chair with ropes. But, I only got to see it for half a second, as on normal speed it was a quater of a second long.
So I have two questions:
1) How did he make the video? As in, how did he know where to start and what to put in it?
2) Does anyone have the picture? Can you send it to me please, I would live to see it.
 
lol yeah i kept playin it in slow motion because sky + is realy hard to stop at the right time, yeah it is a man tied to a chair isnt it lol. did it even work for you?
