heres how,
first of all I remembered something I saw on the tv years ago. its one of those thimgs you don't forget
there was a real hypnotist, it wasn,t stage hypnotism, I don't know what the program was. he had this young girl sitting, about 16 years old, and he showed how a hypnotic trigger worked. he had obviously hypnotized her before to implant the trigger. he said something in her ear and she immediately went into deep somnambulism. she didn't slump but remained upright and you could see, the muscles in her face relaxed and she had a blank look on her face. she went straight from normal consciousness to a wide awake trance. he then took a fold of skin from the back of her hand, pushed a needle through it and her face remained expressionless.
to return to my story. about this time I decided to take a coach trip to london. on the return journey a strange man sat on the seat beside me, although there were several vacant seats on the coach. he engaged me in conversation, and also offered me a can of beer which I refused.
during the conversation he repeated a phrase 3 or 4 times, I felt drowsy and the next thing I awoke and the coach had travelled some distance.
over the following days I began to have suspiscions, during the conversation this man, although a stranger, seemed to know personal things about me. could this phrase hve been a hypnotic trigger? could these dreams have been hypnotism.
to find out I placed a chair against the bedroom door and left a tape recorder running while I slept.
I played the tape back the following morning, 'low and behold' someone had turned the door handle and tried to enter the room.
at this time I owned my own house and had a female renting a room, I confronted her with this and she knew the game was up.
you see the trigger phrase did not work the first time, he had to repeat it.[/QUOTE]
I'm confused ...aren't you a hypnotist ?
