My husband was dx with this auto immune disease...dermatomayocitis...Has anyone heard of this...? any info you have would be helpful. It is ...inflamation of the skin and muscles. Steriods are the treatment and they worked but long term what can we do ...what can we expect? his upper arm hardened and his skin pigment darkened all over...
