F fivetoze New member Oct 27, 2009 #2 no idea, BUT, use fast film, print in B&W and push the grain, you can make ANY hospital or Govt building look derelict. i used the effect doing my A levels, X many years ago. and as for locations, well, look out the window... its all there.
