I am going to be bidding on my first home next week its listed as 98900 im bidding 94900...is 600 enough as a deposit to do so? Also the home is in great condition had my step dad look at who is a contractor found nothing wrong...i dont have the 600 bucks this month to shell out for an inspection...is it horrible to bypass that?
