We were checked out of our property on 13/11/10. We recieved a detailed checkout report and a list of items that were to be taken from our deposit 17/11/10, ie.oven clean. We were happy with this. Yesterday my husband recieved a phone call saying that we would also be charged for other items and would not be getting any of our deposit back. They also emailed the same to us last night. These other items were not mentioned in the checkout report. As it is still within the 10 working days can they do this? Our deposit was £1300. Thank you in advance.
