you're gonna win the 2010 elections? Is the Democratic party still going to win the 2010 congressional races now that they failed to pass health care reform?

There isn't going to be any public option...............
what's left of the bill is basically a field day for insurance companies.

How will this impact the 2010 elections?
Is there too much time between now and November to impact the race?

Lois..........hate to burst your bubble, but when the bill goes back to the house, do you think for a minute they will not put what was taken out to get the votes in the Senate won't be put back in?? It's TOO late then to stop it! They will get what they want and the Repugs can't do a damn thing about it! That's been the plan all along!! They could careless about what America wants!!! It's all about getting something passed to save this SOBs presidency. His political life depends on this bill! If it's defeated, there is no way in hell he will be reelected! Just another way to gain more control over the American Public!!! When American goes into bankruptcy..............We will have nothing else to stop these SOBs!!
I'd be all for a tax revolt by ALL Americans at that time! Just don't pay taxes. What are they going to do, throw 150 million people in jail! If they do, then they got what they wanted to start with again, Communism!!!

Absolutely! Americans will see how Republicans were obstructionists on this issue and how much that tactic will cost them and even MORE Democrats will win in 2010 AND 2012.

When you have Howard Dean, a staunch Democrat saying the Bill is a fraud of what it was meant to be, you have to know there are serious issues. What's VERY scary, is that now the Dems are in full PANIC mode to pass it, no matter what it takes, before Christmas.
It now has NOTHING to do with the best interests of the public. It's pure politics and that means we LOSE.

The health care plan was always nothing but a sop to corporations, insurance companies and the health care industry. It has no support from the majority public. It's main goal is to remove health insurance costs from corporations and thrust them onto the backs of workers. I've read many liberal publications over the years and I don't ever remember them rallying for a health care plan where the public is forced to purchase insurance from the very same insurance companies that have been raping us blind and whom we've all grown to hate with tremendous contempt. Obama's health plan, like everything else he's done, from escalating the imperialist war in the Middle East to bankster bailouts, is a right-wing plan.

The liberal majority pubic that voted for Obama is quickly coming to the realization that Obama is Bush; that he is promoting the very same hated neocon agenda that caused Bush to have a lowly 20% approval rating.

The Democratic Party has long been a right-wing party that bowed to every whim of the Republicans and the wealthy-elite. They have been selling out the working class for decades. They have often times attempted to win election on the basis of their dubious claim of, "vote for us because the Republicans are worse." But we now have proof positive that the Republicans are not any worse. As such, liberals will stay home in significant numbers during 2010 and 2012.

On the other hand, the super-stupids will be out in droves in 2012 to get rid of the Kenyan HUSSEIN who is a communist and loves terrorists. The super-rich actively cultivate the super-stupid with wild claims that only a total idiot would believe. Yet they are not disappointed at how many total idiots there are in America.

My call is Republicans win in 2010 and 2012 and continue on with the Bush/Obama/neocon agenda as the majority public becomes increasingly revolutionary minded.

Nope! The Democrats are a failing institution and it's time for them to fold up their little tents and walk off into the rain and mist. I have been a Democrat since Nixon and plan to change to Independent right after this National Health Care fiasco is won by the Insurance and Pharmaceutical interests represented by the Republican Party.
thanks
