I recently placed an order in one of the online shopping malls. I sent a demand draft but made the mistake of not specifying the order number in the demand draft. The result, the order got cancelled. But, the money that got debited from my account has not been credited by the shopping mall authorities. I tried their customer support thru email, but did not get a response. I tried calling them by phone, but the guy on the other end did not understand a thing I was telling him. Is there a possibility of me getting back the money? Will the shopping mall people return the demand draft? Is there a chance of them misusing it?
