im a little rusty on my laptop, i have a blootooth symbol at the top of my laptop but i cannot find anything on my laptop how to switch on my bluetooth on it!!! do i even have bluetooth on it installed???

From the start menu go to all programs, then go to Bluetooth. Go to settings or wireless file transfer. Once its open, a little Bluetooth icon should appear in your task bar (lower right of the screen). Find it, right click and go to "Power On."
A little blue light should go on on your computer next to the caps locks light and you'll be all set!
