Dell Dimension 5150 slow flashing orange power button indicator lights show 2 3 aand 4

numbers are lit? Not sure whats wrong with it but the hard drive activity indicator light is flashing orange at a slow speed along with the power button

The indicator numbers are lit up numbers 2 3 and 4

Any advice on whats wrong?? what should i fix or replace etc??
number 1 is also lit up so 1 2 3 and 4 are lit and flashing slow speed along with the other stuff mentioned

Any advice??
