Deleting locked palm os files

If you use FileZ or McFile, you can see files on your T3 that you no longer need. However they are locked, i.e. quicktour, other language files, etc. Is there a hack or software you can purchase to delete these files?
They just seem to take up space that you could use for other things.....

Unless you are very familiar with the inner workings of your Palm and how it handles RAM and ROM, you should be very careful about using a program like JackSprat to delete ROM files. These ROM files aren't taking away from your ability to store programs right now in RAM and not doing the ROM deletions correctly will lead to a $300 paperweight. Unless you have some pressing need to free up ROM, I would just leave things as they are and not worry about it.
