Deleted Scenes that you wish were kept in the film.

Was that ever even an ending? I always that it was a fan theory.

Now, for me, I preferred the alternate ending to Disney's Robin Hood. It fixed the problem of Maid Marian having absolutely no lines halfway through the film, and had her actually do something. And speaking of characters doing something, it had King Richard show up at a pivotal moment to lay down the law on Prince John, rather than just be told he showed up.
 
An early draft of the South Park movie (which you can find find quite easily online) had Chef singing a verse in what become the "La Resistance" medley in the final film. I wouldn't mind having sometime like that in the finished version. It really seems odd that Chef had a relatively small part in the film and and moreover, was barely featured in the film's musical numbers. I mean, singing was pretty much Chef's key defining trait, and he also was one of the most recognized and iconic character of the show around 1997-99, so why not give some choice moments in the big musical spectacular.
 
I'm not quite sure if anyone else mentioned this earlier, but I also would like to have those four minutes of the black cauldron back in their respectful places of the film.

I also would've liked the 20 minutes worth of deleted scenes from Land Before Time to be properly returned as well, but those were destroyed apparently so boo hoo for me.
 
In Turtles Forever, the TV airing as well as the DVD Version l believe (correct me if I'm wrong) leaves out a scene where 2003 Splinter tells his Turtles to be more respectable to the 1987 Turtles.

Now it's removal wouldn't be a problem, but when the 2003 Turtles are talking with 1987 Splinter, he mentions that they are welcomed in their home anytime.

To which 2003 Leonardo says that it's the same thing their Splinter said about the 1987 Turtles. So yeah, make sure the scene you cut isn't referenced in an airing scene.
 
I have a real soft spot for this scene too. I understand the logic for going with the scene that's in the movie instead, as explained in the commentary. (Clayton kept presenting himself as someone who could tame and master the jungle, so the feeling was that the jungle should ultimately do him in.) But the riverboat sequence is really exciting, particularly Jane trying to keep the cages of terrified gorillas from sinking.

I think Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs could have been a stronger movie if the "Prince Buckethead" scenes had been in it. If you don't know, there was a scene planned early in the movie where Snow White makes a faux prince for herself out of rags and her water bucket. While she's playing out her dreams of happiness, the real Prince happens by, is smitten with Snow White, and slips inside of the scarecrow prince, suprising Snow White. She asks who he is, he tells her he likes her name for him - "Prince Buckethead" - and they fall in love. Shortly afterwards, the Queen catches the two lovebirds and has the Prince inprisoned in her dungeon.

I think the scene would have been charming. It gives the Prince a smidgeon of personality, it explains his absence for most of the movie, it allows the two characters to talk to each other a little longer, and it shows Snow White actually doing something about her dreams - even if it's just play acting - rather than waiting for solutions to be dumped in her lap.

Sadly, animating the Prince proved to be a royal pain and his role in the film was cut down to a minimum.
 
My selection is the scene in Ed Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show, where the writers were FINALLY going to show us what was under Double D's hat. It's a shame they couldn't think of something cool enough.
 
A couple I forgot:

There's a cute scene with Minnie and Daisy that was cut from Disney's The Three Musketeers. Not at all necessary, but still entertaining.

I'm not entirely sure whether the cut scene from The Iron Giant where the giant's dream is broadcast onto Dean's TV, revealing a little of his history, would have added to the movie or taken away from the mystery of his origins. But I'm glad I got to see it.
 
Top of my list has to be the Harryhausen-style creatures originally planned for Disney's Atlantis and cut for budget purposes.

Black Cauldron, of course. Sometimes what you don't show allows the audience to picture something more horrifying, and sometimes it looks like the sort of hackjob 4Kids would've done because the scene was laid out to show something.

"If I never knew you" is a beautiful song, its removal messes with the flow, but it did come across as kitsch imo when the animals came into the tent.
