Deleted file recovery from Nokia C7

Hi i am based in India and accidentally deleted some important files via nokia ovi suite is there any software to get them unerased.
 
Probably because it is not available in North America except as imported through third party. I know some phone stores like Mobile City Online has or had it imported from Europe no US warrantyfor 469 but nothing through Nokia or regular vendors and since most people posting in this forum live in North America that is probably the reason.
