Delete photo library on iphone?

I synced a picture folder i had of loads of iphone wallpapers. when i go into the photo albums section on the actual iphone, there is the standard camera roll and two other folders. Photo Library and iPhone Wallpapers (the one i made on my laptop). both the files have exactly the same pictures in them and so one of them is a waste of space. is there any way i can delete either of them whilst keeping the other?
