Delete key in autocad not working on windows xp running on boot camp?

I recently switched to mac 10.6 and download windows xp on bootcamp autocad works great im surprsed but the only downfall in the baackspace button which is the delete on the mac is not working in auto cad but i works outside it, If anyone knows how to solve this problem i will be so thankfull!
