Delete history but stay signed in?

Hi, I like to delete my web history because it makes my browser run faster. I do this quite often, most days usually. however recently I started to notice that when I do this it signs me out of my accounts on sites e.g. Bebo, YouTube and Yahoo. This annoys me because I like to stay signed in and need to delete history
