Delete and remove pre-installed games and/or data from phone?

Okay, I have the Sony Ericsson W395 and I have some pre-installed games and data that I do not need and do not ever use. It also takes allot of space on my phone. I tried to delete them but my phone says it is 'Not Available'. What can I do? (Please do not suggest anything that might damage my phone and pc, thanks).

É impossivel, desistalar esses aplicativos que já veem instalados no aparelho!
