I just bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500 and it has the factory radio in it. The radio is a Delco RDS with a CD player and tape deck. When I hit any of the buttons all that happens is that it wants to set the auto volume. I cannot use search, set stations, set time...nothing. It also will not take a CD all the way in. I called the dealer and they said if there was a problem with the radio it would say LOC, which is does not. I tried pulling the fuse in hopes of it resetting the radio, but nothing. Any ideas on how to get this radio to work properly?
