my friend who is learning aviation tells me that you dont need a specific degree in anything relevant to learn to fly a plane, you actually just need a degree from a respectable university. i think my friend got a degree in business from some university in england. that isnt the most relevant subject related to aviation, but they allowed him to learn how to fly a plane. i think he is learning under Singapore Airlines.

Yep, I have asked this question before. But I am gonna re-phrase it. Of course you don't "need" a degree in law to fly a plane. But, some airlines happen to require a degree. I happen to like law. (But no where near as much as flying.) The full law degree is 4 years. Do I need to stay for the full 4? Or do you only need two years of college?

If I stay for the four, I do have a good "back-up" Plan, however.
