Deer in garden eats my sisters plants, help?

I have been told human hair around the garden keeps them out as does shavings of bar soap. I know one time the deer ate hot peppers out of our garden, and did not return the rest of the year!!

my uncle has the same problem,he extended his fence height to 7 feet,they can jump 6 ft easily,maybe a horrible pet dog would help lol, he did try those pest control eletric sonic things ,it was a strong thing ,for foxes and deer, but he said it was not very good.i hope this helps.

Diluted eggwhites. Put a solution of egg whites and water in a spray bottle and spray the plants.
