decoding a vauxhall stereo?

Hi, does anyone no how to decode a vauxhall CDR 500 stereo as I have a new car and the previous owner had the code changed and has lost the code....

from what I understand you can get the owners manual here and down load it , hope this help's .I didn't want to download it just to answer this question.
