Declined for Cha Cha Guide, can I try again?

I tried to become a cha cha guide and I took the typing test, Cha cha test, and search test and it showed high scores, I then took my guide readiness test and they declined me 2 days later. Can I Ever try to be a guide again or is it a permanent no.
PLEASE no advertisements for pyramid or fill out the offer and buy something at the end schemes like spiderweb system, yuwie, Project Payday or any of that other mess. I want LEGITAMENT Answers only
