Decision about switching jobs?

I work 4 days a week M-Th 10 hour days (work for 10 hours). I drive 20 minutes to work but I drive into another state which include a time change so twenty minutes there and twenty minutes back plus one hour worth of time change that I'll never get back. So, all that being said, I am essentially away from home for 12 hours a day (working 10 hours, driving 40 minutes, and losing an hour to time change). To add to all of it, I work nights (not exactly my favorite time to work). Finally, its nothing near what I wanted to do when I graduated college but it pays fairly decent and it somewhat close (mileage) to home.

If you were in my situation would you take on a different job that is an hour drive there and an hour drive back, regular work schedule 9-5 / 8-4 M-F, pays at least 7,000 more a year, and is almost exactly what I want to do for a living?

Adding this up it is, 2 hours of driving, 8 hours of working in a job I like, and M-F instead of M-Th.

Opinions?
